·@Garage · Mixed Bag Vol. 8Haha, olive oil. Someone said it and I realised that this wine really 'smells' like an olive oil. Lovely. Add some butter, stone fruits, caramel, grapefruit and vanilla. This is how you get Nykteri '21. Lively, warm, mineral and food-friendly.
